Nicole Smith
A 5th generation Texan, Nicole is a life-long Dallas/Fort Worth
metroplex resident. She graduated cum laude from Texas Wesleyan
University in Fort Worth with a degree in Business Administration in
1988, and has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the
pharmaceutical and real estate industries over the past 19 years.
Nicole has been a Southlake resident since 1994.She is a 1998 Leadership Southlake graduate, is a member of the Southlake Chamber of
Commerce, and has served on the Carroll ISD Revenue Enhancement Committee. She is a member
of Fellowship Church, Womens Council of Realtors, Altrusa D/FW, and she actively supports the
Children's Miracle Network, Battered Women's Foundation, My Own Place, Christmas is for
Children, and other excellent causes.
Nicole is a consistent multi-million dollar producer every year since becoming licensed. Nicole has
over twelve years of experience in D/FW real estate.Awarded the RE/MAX Platinum Award for her
production is 2006, Nicole is RE/MAX Masters' #1 Agent. She has been named a Winner “Best in Client Satisfaction” by the Fort Worth
Business Press, an On the Rise "Top Women in Tarrant County Real Estate" by Fort Worth Magazine, and a Texas Super Real Estate Agent by Texas Monthly magazine.

Kevin Hendricks
Kevin Hendricks has been an insurance and financial services agent with
Farmers Insurance since 2003. Kevin had been working in sales and
marketing for almost ten years when Farmers Insurance approached him
about establishing his own agency.
Before Farmers, Kevin was Sales and Marketing Director for IMI Indoor
Climate based in Sweden. In this career, Kevin travelled the world for
clients and coworkers for the HVAC company.
A Fort Worth, Texas native, he has called this area home all his life. He
graduated from Richland High School and has a BA in Communications & Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington. |

Mike Mlinac
Mike Mlinac received a Bachelor of Science degree in
mathematics and business administration from LaRoche College
in 1977, followed by an MBA from the Harvard Business School in
1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has held a wide
range of National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)
licenses (Series 6, 7, 24, 26, 27, and 63).
Mike joined the Fidelty Investments in 1986
where he held a succession of senior management positions. Initially, as Fidelity’s representative,
he successfully negotiated approval of the firm’s license to trade securities on the Tokyo Stock
Exchange. From 1988-1992, Mike served as CFO and managed the investment advisor, financial
operations, call-center, and client services units of Fidelity’s institutional retirement business.
He also served as General Manager of Fidelity’s southwest site, Chief Risk
Officer of Fidelity’s retail transfer agent; a Director on Fidelity’s Pooled Income Fund and Fidelity
Management Trust Company (Texas) boards, and in a series of senior management roles with
business units in the UK, Luxembourg, Toronto, Charlotte, and Covington. Most recently, he led an
innovative workspace design process for the company’s Westlake, Texas campus.
Since retiring from Fidelity in June 2002, Mike has been active in community, professional, and
nonprofit organizations and has established a private investment partnership, managing its interests
through a combination of financial investments, advisory board participation, and consulting services. He is also a Certified Retirement Coach.
Mike, his wife Lisa, and their two children have lived in Southlake for fifteen years. He serves on the boards of the Wood Group, Metroport
Rotary, the Harvard Business School Club-Fort Worth, and Metroport Meals-on-Wheels. He has also served on the Carroll School District’s bond committee, and other community, professional, and business organizations.
